Kevin O’Leary, President and CEO


No one knows aviation better than we do, because no one knows this market and industry better than us. Jet Advisors founder, pilot, MBA and PhD in Aviation Operations as well as Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) & Appraiser, Kevin O’Leary revolutionized aviation advisory through his methodology, combining world class research with statistical modeling to help clients make better-informed business decisions. To this end, he designed, developed and patented the Private Jet Index®, a multi-attribute decision making model built to match clients with the optimal aircraft that meets their needs.

Dissertation

Mary Crone, Program Manager


Ms. Crone is currently a Program Manager with Jet Advisors.  She has experience in office management, research, and general aviation for 30+ years. 

Mary was previously an Office and Marketing Manager with Axcess Aviation Maintenance.  She was responsible for assuring all documents met FAA repair station & drug and alcohol program requirements, and coordinated marketing processes. 

Additionally, Mary was an inside sales coordinator for Avantair.  She coordinated sales of fractional shares and card programs for the Piaggio Avanti aircraft and maintained the aircraft inventory for the fleet. 

Mary was an Executive Assistant with the University of Colorado’s Air Force ROTC program.  She was responsible for tracking various programs which were recognized as the “best in the nation” from over 125 ROTC units.  She also received awards from the United States Air Force for Civilian of the Quarter for 3 quarters and Civilian of the Year.

David Beach, Vice President


Prior to being Vice President with Jet Advisors, David received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and worked over 25 years in commercial and general aviation. As Senior Vice President of Contracts for NetJets, Inc., David negotiated, administered, and coordinated the acceptance, delivery, and service placement of over 500 corporate aircraft. At Hawker Beechcraft, he likewise administered the delivery of over 100 commercial and corporate aircraft to both domestic and international customers, and has coordinated the sale of over 25 pre-owned aircraft from the fractional fleet.

Leanne Seguin, Research and Payroll


Leanne Seguin is currently a Research and Payroll Specialist for Jet Advisors.  She has 15 years of experience in payroll and 9 years of experience in general aviation.

Leanne is an Army Veteran who served in multiple combat heavy engineer and corps support battalions. Her projects included planning, resourcing and executing the construction of tank range towers, tank range concrete pads, and road upgrades at Ft. Stewart, Georgia. She also was officer in charge of planning and resourcing a pallet marshaling area operation at Wright Army Airfield to support her unit's logistical deployment capabilities.  Her human resource staff experience included managing the awards, promotions, pay, and evaluations of all the soldiers, non-commissioned officers and officers in the battalion.
